What sets the Big Fix Conference apart is its deliberate focus on an in-depth and sustained pursuit of the Holy Spirit. Rather than being centred solely on a single gathering or preaching session, the seven-day programme is designed to provide an extended period for believers to seek God, receive biblical teaching and deepen their spiritual lives.

The opening day featured preaching, prayer, testimonies and reported spiritual and physical encounters, with Pastor Dr Paul Enenche delivering the main sermon.

Enenche centred his message on wisdom, describing it as a fundamental requirement for living a profitable and stable life on earth.

According to Enenche, wisdom determines how people apply the knowledge they possess. While knowledge provides direction, he explained, wisdom enables a person to know what to do with that knowledge.

He identified several dimensions of wisdom, including its importance in achieving a profitable life, producing quality work and maintaining a strong relationship with God.

Enenche warned that foolishness can affect the quality of a person’s work and relationships, stressing the need for wisdom in both professional and personal life.

He also described wisdom as a means of preserving life, explaining that wise decisions can help people avoid unnecessary danger and destructive choices.

Another key point in the sermon was the relationship between wisdom and stability. Enenche said wisdom brings stability to life by helping people make sound decisions and respond appropriately to different circumstances.

He further described wisdom as a secret of peace and rest, explaining that knowing what to do and applying it correctly can prevent unnecessary confusion and anxiety.

The preacher also spoke about his relationship with Pastor Robert Kayanja and the significance of his invitation to preach at Miracle Centre.

Enenche revealed that in all the years he has spent preaching, he has missed preaching on a Sunday at his main church in Abuja only five times, adding that Miracle Centre was one of those occasions.

He further linked wisdom to the person and work of the Holy Spirit, stressing that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of wisdom and that wisdom is manifested through the operation of the Holy Spirit.

As the conference enters its remaining days, participants have been encouraged to continue attending the programme at Miracle Centre.

Describing the church as a “petrol station,” the message to attendees is that believers need to continually return to refill their spiritual lives through the Word of God, prayer and fellowship.
